The event could not happen without the amazing help of our volunteers!

There are a limited number of volunteer shifts, be sure to sign up early to get the shifts that work best for you and earn a higher commission and you shop first!

Please note: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A CONSIGNOR TO VOLUNTEER

Work Shifts Include:

Set-up Shift: Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 12p-4p, duties include unloading the trailer, setting up tables, bins and racks (lifting required, please wear shoes)

Event Shift: Duties will include, checking in consignor items, greeting customers and answering questions, straightening racks, putting unwanted items back, removing hangers and putting items in bags at purchase, working the door, and register work, checking out consignors and their unsold items.

Tear-down Shift: Sunday, April 26th, 2026 from 2p-6p, duties include sorting donations, breaking down tables, racks and equipment (lifting required, please wear shoes)

CONSIGNOR VOLUNTEERS:

VOLUNTEER FOR (1) 4 HOUR SHIFT AND EARN THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS

• Earn 67.5% of total sales
• Shop Discount on Saturday evening, before the public on Sunday

VOLUNTEER FOR 2 SHIFTS AND EARN THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS

• Earn 70% of total sales when you work (2) 4 hour shifts at the event for a total of 8 hours.
• Shop Discount on Saturday evening, before the public on Sunday

VOLUNTEER FOR 3 SHIFTS AND EARN THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS

• Earn 75% of total sales when you work (3) 4 hr shifts at the event, for a total of 12 hours.
• Shop Discount on Saturday evening, before the public on Sunday

Volunteer presale shopping will be Friday, April 23rd from 3p-8p
